Booking & Pricing

  • We can host everything from small teams of 5 to large corporate events with hundreds of guests.

    Most projects have a 15-person minimum; groups of 6–14 are welcome for +$12/person.

  • At least 2 weeks prior to your event date.

    Of course, as early as possible is always best, especially for fall and holiday dates!

    But ask us about your date - we'll do our best to make it happen.

  • Individual craft projects are priced per person, while Craft Bars are priced by group size with packages for up to 25, 50, 100 guests, and more.

    Events with less than 15 guests require an additional $15 per guest.

    Virtual events are additional $15 per person for shipping.

  • Item description

  • We don't use a traditional deposit. Your initial booking is paid in full based on the guest count you're booking for.

  • That's okay! In many cases, you can book a minimum number of guests and add more later. Because we order supplies and schedule staff based on your headcount, your initial booking needs to be a realistic estimate of your expected group size.

    We'll help determine the appropriate starting count for your event.

  • Your final headcount and payment for any additional guests are due 1 week before the event.

    Additional guests requested after that point may not be possible, depending on supplies and staffing.

  • Our pricing already reflects the additional supplies, staffing, setup, and cleanup required for larger groups, so we don't offer standard large-group discounts.

Event Logistics

  • Events are typically 1-2 hours. Refer to each project page for event timing.

  • For workshop events, we’ll need one table for our setup and supplies and guests will need enough seating and table space as if they were eating dinner.

  • We typically use what is in your event space.

  • We’ll handle all cleanup!

    We do ask that you provide access to trashcans or dumpsters on the premises so our hosts aren’t transporting garbage.

  • Absolutely! Snacks and drinks are welcome. We cannot provide them, but we're happy to work alongside your snack and beverage plans.

    ***For full meals, we recommend scheduling a separate meal break before or after the craft party so everyone can focus on creating. Our craft parties have a set duration and no one wants yarn in their lunch, so we don't extend the party to accommodate mealtimes.

  • As long as your venue allows this, it’s totally fine!

  • While our workshops events are designed to be casual and fun, we are providing instruction and guiding guests through making their projects and using supplies so we cannot accommodate late arrivals or early departures.

    If you’d like come-and-go style event consider a Craft Bar.

Locations

  • We can come to your offices, airbnb, home, or a third party event space such as a hotel, bar, or restaurant.

    *Additional charges may apply for coordinating third party venues.

  • We do occasionally! Get in touch. and let us know what you’re looking for and get a custom quote.

    We also host virtual events and can ship anywhere in the contiguous US.

    Plus we have virtual events that don’t require shipping for world-wide teams.

  • For events in our regular service areas, there is no travel fee.

Virtual Events

  • We’ll ship kits to each individual on your team then meet online for your event!

  • We currently ship standard kits throughout the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

    Alaska, Hawaii, and international locations may also be available for an additional shipping charge; we'll confirm the cost based on the destination.

  • Yes! We have several virtual craft projects specifically designed around materials guests already have at home, so they're a great option for teams in multiple countries or groups that don't want to deal with shipping.

  • That's the easy part! We send you a custom guest order page to share with your team.

    Guests select their colors, styles, accessories, and other available options depending on projectt selection, then enter their own shipping information.

    There is no additional charge at checkout because the event has already been paid for by the organizer.

  • For standard shipping, we need your guests' information at least 3 weeks before the event.

    This gives us time to assemble, prepare, and ship everyone's kits.

    *Rush options may be available for shorter timelines for an additional charge.

  • We'll provide the organizer with a list of the guests who have submitted their information, so you can easily see who still needs to complete their order.

    Guests can submit their information through the deadline, but we do need enough time to prepare and ship their kits.

  • Yes. Tracking information is sent directly to each guest.

    We're also happy to provide tracking information to the organizer upon request.

  • Guests who can't make the live event can still complete their project using the included materials and our instructions.

    We strongly encourage guests to participate live when possible, that's where the fun is!

  • Recording can be arranged by request, but we encourage guests to attend the live event whenever possible.

    Our virtual parties are designed as a live, interactive experience, not a “you tube style class” that people can simply watch later.

    For guests who miss the event, we'll provide instructions for completing their project afterward.

  • We currently host virtual events through Google Meet.

    We host the event through our own account rather than the client's platform or account, which keeps setup simple and avoids technical issues on event day.

  • Absolutely. For international teams, we can ship kits internationally for an additional charge, help you source supplies locally, or choose from our virtual projects that use materials people already have at home. We'll help determine the best option for your group.

Projects & Customization

  • For each individual project booking, everyone makes the same type of craft, but guests can customize their projects with different colors, styles, embellishments, and other available options.

  • Absolutely! Customization is part of the fun.

    Depending on the project, guests may be able to choose colors, designs, accessories, embellishments, and other details to make their finished project their own.

  • Not at all! Our projects are designed for complete beginners and our hosts provide guidance throughout the event.

    You do not need to be “crafty” to have a great time or leave with something you're proud of.

  • Most events limited to one project type per booking.

    Larger events can offer multiple craft bars - come & go style - so guests can choose what they want to make.

    We'll help you determine which combination works best for your group, space, guest count, and event format.

  • Definitely. We're happy to consider custom craft ideas, themes, and projects for corporate events.

    We ofter provide custom branded stencils for projects such as our Ornament Decorating Bar.
