What We Do

✔️ Bring all craft supplies + table covers (so no mess left behind!)
✔️ Provide expert craft hosts to guide your group with fun + laughter and help you create a masterpiece
✔️ Handle setup and cleanup — you don’t lift a finger

What We Need From You
→ Space with tables + chairs for all participants
- we can come to your office or a restaurant / bar as long as we can coordinate with them approve it
→ A trash can - we’ll bag everything up but please don’t make us take trash home!
→ Access to your event space 1 hour before start time for setup & 30 min after for cleanup
→ Access to water or outlets if the project calls for it - see project info pages for more or ask your dedicated party coordinator

We're not here to turn your event into a mandatory, quiet art class. Our hosts keep things relaxed, upbeat, and encouraging so everyone can participate - even the person who insists they're “not crafty at all.”

Frequently Asked Questions

We can host everything from small teams of 6 to large corporate events with hundreds of guests.
Most projects have a 15-person minimum; groups of 6–14 are welcome for +$10/person.

We can only accommodate one project type per event BUT all of our projects are customizable so everyone can make something they’ll actually like!

We can work with offices, restaurants, bars, event spaces and other venues. We can also recommend one of our partner venues if you need a space.
Extra fees may apply for 3rd party offsite coordination - ask your party planner.

Just the space and the people! Everyone needs enough table and seating space as if they were eating dinner.
We handle supplies, instruction, setup and cleanup. And don’t worry, we also provide table covers and aprons to protect your space!

Most workshops are approximately 1–2 hours, depending on the project and group size.

At least 2 weeks prior to your event date.
Of course, as early as possible is always best, especially for fall and holiday dates!
But ask us about your date - we'll do our best to make it happen.

That's totally fine! Tell us a little about your group and event and we'll help you choose.

Absolutely! Snacks and drinks are welcome. We cannot provide them, but we're happy to work alongside your snack and beverage plans.
***For full meals, we recommend scheduling a separate meal break before or after the craft party so everyone can focus on creating. Our craft parties have a set duration and no one wants yarn in their lunch, so we don't extend the party to accommodate mealtimes.
